More Guiding questions.

How will the elderly benefit?
It should not be too expensive and allows the elderly to be protected in unsafe situations such as robberies.

How can the watch incorporate a alarm system?
It can hold a pepper spray, but this has disadvantages. It can have a tracking device to allow the elderlies family to know where they are. It can have an alarm on the top of the watch, something like a siren, so that the public can be informed.

How would elderly know what to do in bad situations with the watch?
Education should be provided in the packaging in different languages and in large letters.

Guiding questions of the "Stun Watch"

Is it used for both genders?
At first, I thought of the product as a ring. Later on, I realized that men wouldn't be such great fans of rings, so I made this product to a watch(Unisex watch) With capabilities of probably electrocution, stunning of any other type or an alarm.

Is it safe, and how so?
It may not be as we are playing with electricity, so I should make a product that has a stunning spray incorporating an alarm. Also, if the elderly person washes his hands with the watch on if we are using electricity, the odds of him living would be low.

How big should the watch be?
It should be a little small and discreet so that if people harass the elderly, they can protect themselves being unnoticed.

Bad Designs

FLOOR FAN
This design is really very stupid. Look at the fan! The dangers lurking in this hurt device is great. Imagine what would happen if a toddler were to put his or her hand into it?*SLICE!*Another thing, since its a floor fan, children are definite to have access to the wires. What if they gnaw on the wires? Children can be disabled for life or even die because of this machine.
SOLUTION
Make it a stand fan instead and make the wire is closer to the top of the fan to prevent danger from occuring.
Also, the wire must be short and there should also be extention.

Good Photos

Picture 1)I took this photo when I was spinning rapidly. That explains the blur background. The twirl is actually the string from the camera.

Picture 2)A photo taken to display perspective, this photo shows how a rarely visited staircase in SST looks from the outside.

Picture 3)This guy must be infuriating at me for displaying his photo on this blog. Anyway, I shocked him by taking a photo of him after tapping his back. My, does he look angry!

Picture 4)Another perspective photo, this photo displays the windows in the rarely used staircase mentioned above. If there were a little more clouds and if the end was blurred, it would have looked as if it continued forever. Wow, what a mind teaser!

Picture 5)A palm tree, this photo was taken while I was crouched down. As you can see here, the camera was slanted to give it a more innovative look.

Picture 6)Who knew an old, wrinkled tree could sustain this much of beauty? This is definitely the greatest photo of nature that I have ever taken before. Looks are really very deceiving!

Introduction to ADMT

Here are some of the pictures.

ADMT Understanding Research Part 2

Environmental policies/campaign.
There are many environmental campaigns/policies in Singapore. I have mentioned a few of them below.
1)Firstly there is the 'Bring your own Bag day'(BYOBD) policy. It strongly encourages customers of major supermarkets and other retailers to bring their own bags while shopping on Wednesdays. This policy will ensure that customers will reuse their bags.
2) Tips on the three Rs campaign. The three Rs are Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
3)Waste Minimisation and recycling programme
Recycling bags are issued to everyone in a block of flats

ADMT Understanding Research

1) What is Research?
Research is finding some information about a topic using references such as books, the internet, newspapers and a lot more. Research is good for understanding more about a topic.
2) Why is research important?
Research is important as it will help us understand more about certain topics. When we understand what was researched, we gain a new piece of knowledge.
3)  We can conduct good research by using the internet and never plagiarize from it. Instead, you should rewrite the whole entry in your own words. When researching using books, have a notepad and a pen beside you so that you can write down the important points.
